We have organized a TOUR of local Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and Owner Accessory Units (OAUs) plus a SUMMIT focused on making ADU/OAUs easier to permit in Boulder. We’re bringing speakers in from near and far including Harriet Tregoning from the Obama administration. Be inspired to champion ADU/OAUs as an important step in addressing Boulder’s housing shortage!
The tour starts at 12pm in North Boulder. We’ll send you a map after you register. The summit begins at 2:30 pm (@ Hyatt Place in Boulder Junction). Presentations will run from 2:30-5 with a happy hour from 5-6pm. You’re welcome to particpate in the tour, the summit, or both.
