We want to change land uses in Boulder to enable people to work, shop and play closer to where they currently sleep, and sleep closer to where they currently work, shop and play. We believe denser development will be good for the planet (energy conservation, walk/bike-able, less in-commuting) and people (more affordable, diverse, vibrant). We see a great opportunity for this type of development east of Folsom.
